Shipping policy

Orders placed before 3pm PST, are processed and shipped the same day (except weekends and holidays).

 

Orders placed after 3pm PST, will usually be shipped the next business day. 

 

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be recognized on the carrier website.


United States

Standard shipments are sent through USPS, FedEx or UPS. The exact service and pricing will depend on the size and weight of your order. The most common shipping method is USPS First Class. Packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on the destination but occasionally may take longer. 

Expedited Shipping

We do offer Priority and Express shipping through USPS which typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination. 

 

International

We ship nearly anywhere in the world and will provide you with international shipping options during your checkout process. 

Most standard shipments are shipped through DHL eCommerce, which is then transferred to your local mail carrier once it arrives in the destination country. DHL eCommerce international shipping products typically take 3–14 business days depending on the destination country but occasionally may take longer.

Expedited Shipping

We offer DHL Express for International Expedited Shipping. Transit time is usually 1-3 business days depending on the destination country but occasionally may take longer.

VAT & Duties

Note that some international shipping destinations may incur additional customs charges upon arrival, depending on the country. The customer is solely responsible for all duties and import taxes. We of course will do everything in our power to provide a smooth and quick shipping experience. 

Lost, Damage or Stolen Pacakge?

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
