If you need to return an item, we'll just need your order number and the email address you used to place the original order.
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, and the item is in unused condition with the original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned for free within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or store credit (excluding original shipping costs, if any).
If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. If the item you are returning is brass, copper, and/or the pen stands, there is a $12 exchange/restocking fee if it has been taken out of the vacuum-sealed bag.
Return Label Limit: REFYNE will provide a prepaid return label for up to 2 returns or exchanges per customer account, lifetime. Once this limit has been reached, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any subsequent returns.

International Returns & Exchanges
If you are outside of the US and unsatisfied with your purchase, we can still help! You can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and the original packaging is intact.
