What ink refills does the EP1 Pen accept?

Designed to accommodate various tastes in refills (rollerball, ballpoint and gel), our pen is compatible with most Parker Style G2-size Refills.

Note: The EP1 Pen is built with the Black Schmidt easyFLOW 9000 M Refill.

What are some other Parker Style refills that fit the EP1 Pen?

Two other popular refills are the Parker Quink Refills and Fisher Space PR series Refills.

Does the EP1 Pen accept the Pilot G2 refill?

No. It may sound weird, although parker style refills are referred to as "G2 Size" refills, it does not actually mean the Pilot G2 refill.

Our EP1L however, does accept full size Pilot G2 Refills.

How do you remove the EP1 Pocket Clip?

To remove the clip, unscrew the top screw cap using a Torx T6 bit. Remove the clip and then screw back on the top screw cap.

How do you switch out the piston in the EP1 Pen?

First, start by unscrewing the thumbscrew by hand or with a Torx T6 bit.

Then, unscrew the tip of the pen and let the refill and spring slide out along with the piston.

Take the new piston with the hole with the threading facing up, and guide it back into the body of the pen until you see the hole where the thumbscrew should screw into.

Take the thumbscrew and screw it into the piston and tighten it down until firm.

Place the spring over the refill and screw the tip back on.

How do you replace the ink refill in the EP1 Pen?

To replace the refill, simply unscrew to tip and remove the current refill. Then, insert the new refill and screw the tip back on.

How do you remove or tighten the EP1 Pen Thumbscrew

You can unscrew and tighten the thumbscrew with a Torx T6 bit or by hand.

Where are your pens manufactured?

Our pens are machined in China. Everything ie designed in house in Huntington Beach, California which is also where we're based.

When will you have more Limited Edition Stonewash Pens?

We will release small batches every now and then. The best way to get notified when they are back in stock is to sign up on the product page.

Do you offer refunds?

We want you to be completely satisfied, if not, just let us know and we’ll take care of you right away.

If you need to return an item, we'll just need your order number and the email address you used to placed the original order. 

If you are not totally satisfied with your order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned for free within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or store credit (excluding original shipping costs, if any). 

If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

Please allow one week for your return to be fully processed and a refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.


International Returns & Exchanges

If you are outside of the US and unsatisfied with your purchase, we can still help!  You can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) as long as the item is in unused condition and original packaging is intact. We just ask that you pay for return shipping.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship nearly anywhere in the world and will provide you with international shipping options during your checkout process. 

We have temporarily removed the most economical shipping option, (USPS First Class International) due to extremely long transit times and even lost packages.

DHL has proven to be the best and safest shipping option. If the shipping prices at check out seem high, please email us at info@refyne.com and we'll double check all options for you.

We are also working on providing better shipping rates overall.

What is your warranty?

We offer a LIFETIME manufacturer warranty for all REFYNE products. The warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects but does not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product.

REFYNE will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any REFYNE product. 

Warranty Claim

Please contact us via the 'contact us' form or email us directly at info@refyne.com for instructions and an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) before you send the product back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item however we will cover the shipping back to you (US Customers).

Do you offer a Military/Law Enforcement/Front Line Worker discount?

Yes, absolutely! Please email us info@refyne.com and we'll take care of you.

Can you combine coupons and promotions?

Unfortunately no. You can only use either the coupon or the promotion. You can not apply both.
